At first glance, not much. But when you bring together a team of dedicated recruiters, a powerful partnership with Allegis Global Solutions<\/a>, and a shared commitment to social impact, even nappies and baby wipes take on new meaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That's why we were proud to take part in a powerful Social Impact Event hosted by our valued partner, Allegis Global Solutions<\/a>, in collaboration with Care Packs<\/a> and Mimecast<\/a>. Representing Aquent were Senior Account Manager, Emmeline Shadrach<\/a>, and Head of Contingent, Monika Pflicke<\/a>, who both joined over 50 volunteers in Mimecast's stunning London office to pack hundreds of baby care packages for families across the UK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wasn't just a CSR<\/a> tick-box exercise. It was a chance to roll up our sleeves, donate time and resources, and be part of something genuinely impactful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together with other suppliers, the team smashed the original target; packing over 450 baby care packs, well above the initial 200\u2013300 goal. Each pack was filled with essentials like nappies, baby shampoo, wipes, and lotions. Everyday items for some, but for families experiencing hardship, they represent comfort, dignity, and a little breathing space in challenging times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative also raised over \u00a35,200 for Care Packs via JustGiving, nearly double the original goal. That's a testament to what happens when good people and strong partnerships come together for the right reasons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt was humbling to reflect on how much we take for granted,\u201d said one attendee. \u201cWhat's a bottle of baby shampoo to us could mean a lifeline for someone else.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For Aquent, this event was more than just a moment of giving. It was a reflection of our values. We're not just a recruitment company; we're a community of people who care about the world around us. We're a group of individuals who believe in doing good whilst doing great work<\/em>, and we're proud to work with partners like Allegis who share that mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
