This forward-thinking company is dedicated to enhancing critical infrastructure and delivering vital services, impacting countless lives daily. They are seeking visionary talent to join their journey in building a more efficient, secure, and innovative future.
Are you ready to be a pivotal force in shaping the digital landscape of a vital industry? We are seeking an exceptional engineer to drive the evolution, performance, and security of cutting-edge automation and digital platforms. In this dynamic role, you will champion innovation across cloud, AI, integration, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) domains, directly contributing to operational excellence and strategic growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in building robust, scalable solutions that empower teams and elevate service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Platform Leadership & Operations: Take charge of platform environments, capacity planning, licensing, and access controls for critical tools like Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow/Blue Prism RPA, Alteryx, Copilot Studio, Logic Apps, and Foundry. You’ll be the guardian of platform health, ensuring seamless operations, rapid incident resolution, and continuous performance optimization through meticulous monitoring and documentation.
- Fortify Security & Governance: Implement and enforce robust data loss prevention (DLP) policies, identity and access controls, and security standards. You will play a key role in maintaining a secure and compliant environment, leveraging tools like Microsoft Purview for data classification and upholding Centre of Excellence (CoE) governance frameworks in a regulated setting.
- Drive DevOps & ALM Excellence: Spearhead the development and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub. You will manage crucial Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, including solution packaging, version control, deployment approvals, and multi-environment management, ensuring agile and reliable delivery.
- Pioneer Integration & Advanced AI: Champion sophisticated integration patterns utilizing Logic Apps, APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration technologies. You will support the deployment and optimization of advanced AI capabilities, including Copilot agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI, and secure data connections, pushing the boundaries of intelligent automation.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work hand-in-hand with diverse technical teams, including Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Data Engineering, Data Science, and Architecture. Your collaborative spirit will drive continuous tooling improvements, platform enhancements, and the development of innovative enterprise solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Platform Administration Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience administering Microsoft Power Platform (environments, DLP, connectors, licensing, governance) and supporting other cloud automation or digital enablement platforms.
- RPA Operational Acumen: Practical experience in RPA platform operations, specifically with Blue Prism or ServiceNow RPA, including bot controllers and scheduling.
- Cloud & DevOps Proficiency: Solid understanding of Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, Key Vault, Application Insights, and Managed Identities. Proven practical experience with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and ALM solution packaging.
- Security & Governance Mastery: Expertise in identity management, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and data governance (e.g., Microsoft Purview). Experience operating within regulated environments subject to GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
- Data, Integration & AI Foundation: Knowledge of APIs, integration patterns, data platforms (Databricks, Data Lakehouse), and AI/data integration concepts (RAG, embeddings, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Alteryx).
- Core Professional Competencies: Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical domains and communicate clearly with business stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-400, PL-600, AZ-104, AZ-204) or RPA accreditations (Blue Prism or ServiceNow).
- Direct background in Azure DevOps, GitHub, AI/ML, or data engineering.
