What You’ll Do

• Lead teams through comprehensive scoping activities to identify, gather, and analyze requirements, define key business drivers, and craft effective, innovative solutions.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, encompassing effort estimation, scope management, meticulous planning, ongoing monitoring, flawless execution (including risk management, budget oversight, and timeline adherence), and comprehensive reporting.
• Oversee all aspects of project resourcing and commercials, including accurate forecasting, efficient time management, and timely invoicing.
• Facilitate clear, consistent, and proactive project communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Uphold and ensure the delivery of projects to the highest quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
• Champion customer success throughout their digital transformation journey by providing expert mentorship, sharing industry-leading practices, and offering strategic advice on digital marketing and commerce solutions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with diverse internal teams to deliver a unified, exceptional, and cohesive customer experience.
• Actively participate in the continuous development and enhancement of Project Management Office (PMO) practices, contributing to organizational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

• Significant project management experience within the industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AEP products.
• Strong foundational project management skills, specifically in delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor or with a combined vendor/customer background.
• Proven project management experience with Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign, or Content Management solutions.
• Exceptional ability to expertly manage large single projects or skillfully juggle multiple concurrent smaller projects.
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities, with deep expertise in risk management, strategic prioritization, and delivering compelling executive-level presentations.
• Extensive experience in delivering projects using agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
• A professional project management qualification coupled with a solid business consulting background.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in implementing industry-leading solutions such as AEM, AEP, Campaign, or Commerce.
